I have been in the wedding industry over the past decade as a wedding photographer. But being a lover of ephemera, there was always a toe (or should I say “pen”?) dipped in the calligraphy well. In 2016, after years of being commissioned by stationers for spot calligraphy work, I decided to take the plunge and offer full-service custom stationery on my own. Around this time I also became enamored with watercolors, and my style quickly evolved from minimalist, calligraphy-focused projects to whimsical, colorful, more-is-more custom designs. I revel in the possibilities that a custom illustration project presents, and as such, each piece I create contains dozens of hand-painted elements that uniquely reflects the personalities of my clients.

It is truly a labor of love!

I live in Boston, Massachusetts with my husband and cat Bingley. Despite all the whimsy and color in my designs, I dress in shades of black, gray, and blue. I have been honored to be named best calligrapher by both Boston Weddings Magazine and The Improper Bostonian. I am currently featured in an “Ask the Experts” article in the Spring 2019 edition of Boston weddings magazine.
